A – Personal data of users
To create an account and authenticate yourself, personal information is required.

Create an account
As part of the account creation form, the personal data collected are :

- Login/identifier (required) ;
- Password (required)
Authentication with external services
You can also authenticate yourself with external services, depending on the service used, the following personal may be obtained automatically, if provided by your external service :
- Your Community User Identifier from the Provider (ORCID, OpenAIRE or eduGAIN) ;
- Last name ;
- First name ;
- Email address ;
- ORCID ID ;
A link will be established between your local ID and your third-party service ID to allow you to identify yourself with either one, as you choose.
This link can be revoked at any time after authentication in your "My login" space
Duration of data retention
The data is kept in the Login service database as long as the User is active in the Login service. The data can be removed earlier on request.
User accounts may be automatically deleted after 5 five years of inactivity. In this case, 2 emails will be sent to the contact address of the account (one reminder one month before deletion + one reminder one week before deletion).
The data from server logs is kept for a maximum of 12 months.
Recipients of the data
The recipient of the data collected is the CCSD Staff.
The processing does not involve automated decision-making (Article 22 of the GDPR).
Transfer of data outside the European Union
No transfer is planned outside the European Union, the data is stored in France.
B – Personal data of Internet users
The consultation of the site is free and does not require an account. The personal data is collected for the purpose of technical management of the site: the connection data is collected for the technical management, the security of the site, the consultation statistics.
The data controller is the CCSD; the basis for the collection of data is the legitimate interest of the data controller.
